We really appreciated the helpfulness of Samir, who ensured our three kids had sandwiches for our early morning adventures to Machu Picchu. The cozy atmosphere and the clean rooms made our family stay enjoyable, perfectly located right on the plaza!
My wife says that having a wider variety of snacks for kids would be great.

The assistant manager's attention to detail truly stood out, from organizing our transportation to making dining recommendations. The baguettes served during breakfast were a delightful touch, making each morning enjoyable. However, the room felt a bit cold, and the limited breakfast options could use more variety to enhance the experience. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
